City Hall Fountain
Architectural lighting for the monumental fountain facing the town hall. In-ground luminaires set flush with the basin take the stone in grazing light: the scrolls, the mascarons and the crowning figure stand out in relief, while the basin stays dark so that the water reflects the scene. The town hall façade, treated at a lower value, holds the background without competing with the fountain. Carried out for the City of Évreux.
